What you will do

• Create production documents, work plans, and production orders for assembly teams.
• Review parts lists, 3D models, and optimize the sequence of work steps.
• Coordinate materials and production equipment with logistics and MGSE managers.
• Analyze design changes and determine necessary modifications to work plans.
• Instruct operators on complex tasks and perform assembly in clean rooms during peak periods.
• Report on production progress and optimize standard processes and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, mechanical engineering, or a technician qualification.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in production, manufacturing, or technical documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Teams and PDM or SAP.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Willingness to travel to follow the spacecraft to environmental tests and launch.
