What you will do

• Provide support to customers, courier partners, and venues through live chat and phone channels.
• Monitor and ensure that delivery operations run smoothly.
• Collaborate with the support team and other internal departments to develop and improve the support function.

Requirements

• Fluent in Serbian language.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Based in or able to work hybrid in Kragujevac, Serbia.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-obsessed, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
