What you will do

• Manage a regional LQA organization consisting of people managers, individual contributors, and external vendor resources.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a subordinate leadership team of LQA Managers and Associate Managers.
• Contribute to departmental strategic planning, including budget forecasting, staffing needs, and tooling requirements.
• Oversee and evolve core LQA workflows, including test planning, triage, and cross-regional bug handling.
• Align team-level goals with departmental OKRs and manage delivery metrics across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with senior production, QA, and engineering stakeholders to align test coverage with risk profiles.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing managers and leading multi-language QA operations in a regional or multi-site model.
• Deep expertise in evolving LQA workflows, synthesizing complex KPIs, and managing large-scale test planning.
• Executive-level experience overseeing extensive vendor resources and ensuring rigid quality standards.
• Strategic business acumen for forecasting operational budgets and staffing needs.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with QA and localization platforms such as JIRA, Xray, TestRail, CMS, CAT tools, and TMS.
• Fluency in a target language.
• Bachelor’s degree in game production, localization, linguistics, or equivalent experience.
