What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for mobile and web environments, overseeing end-to-end testing lifecycles.
• Utilize tools like Postman, Android Studio, and Xcode to debug complex architectural issues and validate financial integrations.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to identify edge cases and technical risks early in the development cycle.
• Analyze defect trends in Jira to identify systemic weaknesses and implement preventative measures with Engineering Leads.
• Drive a "Shift-Left" quality philosophy, embedding quality benchmarks early and upholding "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done".

Requirements

• Experience in high-growth mobile and web environments, preferably within Fintech or highly regulated industries.
• Mastery of tools such as Postman, JIRA/Xray, Android Studio, and Xcode, including navigating logs and inspecting databases.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business impact for stakeholders and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, multicultural environments and navigating ambiguity to deliver stable, secure products.
