Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (60% office, 40% home)
Salary: €45,400 – €68,000

What you will do
- Own the design and development of all testing aspects, from acceptance criteria to execution.
- Design, execute, and maintain automation capabilities across all test levels, including regression and exploratory testing.
- Create and optimize test frameworks integrated into deployment pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews for both production and test code to ensure full coverage.
- Monitor test runs, application errors, and system performance.
- Lead the team toward continuous improvement and serve as a reference for the QA Center of Practice.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools such as Jenkins, Kibana, and Grafana.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Swift.
- Knowledge of K8s, Docker, UI testing, REST protocol, and microservice architecture.
- Experience with mobile QA tools: Espresso, XCUITest, Testrail, Bitrise, Charles Proxy, and BrowserStack.
- English: Proficiency required for effective communication
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Bitbucket.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
