TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany) - minimum 12 days per month in-office

What you will do

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for supply incentives aligned with Rides group objectives and driver needs.
  • Analyze supplier behavior, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to design sustainable incentive structures.
  • Design and run experiments with analytics partners to evaluate incentive effectiveness and guide product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, growth, operations, and design) from concept to launch.
  • Prioritize features based on driver needs, business economics, and data insights to measure performance.
  • Act as the internal expert on supply economics and incentive strategy, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketplace, mobility, platform, or incentives-related domains.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build business cases and interpret experiments.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products (0→1) in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills to align diverse stakeholders from engineers to leadership.
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
