What you will do

• Support brokers in the end-to-end placement of treaty reinsurance programmes.
• Maintain accurate contractual data within broking systems and prepare client documentation (Evidence of Cover, Debit Notes).
• Manage premium submissions via Velonetic IMR and resolve signing queries.
• Perform compliance checks, review market security information, and identify sanctions touchpoints.
• Calculate and process adjustment premiums and other post-placement activities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of SOPs and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in placement support or a similar role within reinsurance broking.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end placement process.
• Familiarity with Eclipse and London Market processes (e.g., Velonetic systems, LORS).
• Strong attention to detail for compliance and accuracy checks.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
