What you will do

• Lead and coordinate vendor registration activities across EMEA and global opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including the development and submission of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and ITBs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Finance, and Sales to gather required registration materials.
• Analyze tender documents and onboarding portals to identify deliverables, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Standardize and convert company documentation into formats required by client procurement systems.
• Track registration status and maintain valid documentation to ensure bid eligibility.

Requirements

• Experience in software sales, vendor registration, bid coordination, or proposal development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines across regions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with proposal automation tools or procurement portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer).
• Experience coordinating multilingual or localized documentation for EMEA registrations.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
