What you will do
- Lead and coordinate vendor registration activities across EMEA and global opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including the development and submission of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and ITBs.
- Collaborate with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Finance, and Sales to gather required registration materials.
- Analyze tender documents and onboarding portals to identify deliverables, risks, and compliance requirements.
- Standardize and convert company documentation into formats required by client procurement systems.
- Track registration status and maintain valid documentation to ensure bid eligibility.
Requirements
- Experience in software sales, vendor registration, bid coordination, or proposal development.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines across regions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience with proposal automation tools or procurement portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer).
- Experience coordinating multilingual or localized documentation for EMEA registrations.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
