What you will do

• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage depot capacity to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct monthly physical stock counts and cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Use inventory management systems to track stock movements and process incoming/outgoing goods.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory in line with company standards.
• Support and train warehouse staff on inventory processes and best practices.
• Assist in scheduling product movements and optimizing installation plans for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and identify operational issues.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
