What you will do

• Create and implement innovative Display & Video media plans designed to achieve specific KPIs.
• Oversee the full campaign life cycle, including implementation, daily optimization, and delivery.
• Handle direct client servicing through weekly calls, campaign briefings, and detailed performance presentations.
• Manage and develop junior team members and direct reports in Delhi, monitoring workloads and priorities.
• Ensure financial accuracy via spend reconciliation and maintain strict QA processes.
• Collaborate with Ad operations and global hub teams to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing display and self-serve programmatic media activity.
• Ability to design, execute, and evaluate methodical testing plans for clients.
• Strong capability in client reporting and extracting actionable insights for future activity.
• Experience in people management and training junior staff.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
