IT Support Technician

Location: Full on-site support in Toulouse, France. Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.

What you will do

• Provide first and second line support for Windows and Apple devices for on-site and remote users.
• Manage the full lifecycle of workstations, including delivery, deployment, maintenance, and replacement of PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Maintain, update, and integrate the Knowledge Base, procedures, and working instructions.
• Advise the user community on the technical and functional use of corporate services and applications.
• Perform inventory and asset management and reporting.
• Coordinate site-specific IT Service Team activities.

Requirements

• Vocational training or a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a similar subject.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT support.
• Proven experience supporting Windows OS and Mac OS based client devices.
• Experience with first-line networking (LAN, WiFi), local printing, and mobile device troubleshooting.
• Exposure to corporate applications such as SAP, Adobe, and MS Office.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and eligibility to work in the EU.

Nice to have

• Experience with O365.
• Fluency in French.
• Experience working within an international environment.
