What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end case management experience for the Flow platform, transitioning it from MVP to a mature product.
• Design AI-assisted and human-in-the-loop workflows that balance automation with transparency, trust, and user control.
• Map and optimize user journeys across complex operational workflows, considering business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from early discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Lead design exploration in ambiguous problem spaces, transforming emerging opportunities into intuitive experiences.
• Contribute to design systems, specifically regarding AI interaction patterns, explainability, and error handling.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning end-to-end UX design from discovery through delivery.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-assisted or agentic workflows, including confidence states and feedback loops.
• Comfortable working in greenfield or early-stage product environments with emerging requirements.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience with B2B, operational, or workflow-heavy products.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, and iteration.
