What you will do

• Recruit, train, and manage the hirify.global Angels volunteer program.
• Organize and host online and offline community events, meetups, and educational workshops.
• Lead moderation of regional Telegram and Discord groups using bots and engagement campaigns.
• Build partnerships with local crypto communities, student groups, and universities.
• Create and localize community content to ensure regional relevance.
• Collect user insights and market trends to relay to internal product and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in community management or event organization.
• Deep understanding of the West African social media landscape and community behavior.
• Active user of hirify.global products and strong knowledge of crypto/blockchain terminology.
• Proven experience with Telegram moderation tools and community engagement campaigns.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support 24/7 crypto community activity.
