What you will do

• Design and develop software for UAV systems, including flight control, ground control, and mission planning.
• Architect scalable, modular, and high-performance software for real-time operations.
• Optimize software performance and ensure high reliability in operational environments.
• Mentor software engineers and promote industry-standard engineering best practices.
• Define technical roadmaps and contribute to the long-term technology strategy.
• Develop comprehensive testing frameworks for simulation, validation, and field testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including a proven track record of leading software teams.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Python, and Embedded C.
• Solid knowledge of RTOS, control systems, and UAV navigation algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with MAVLink, CAN Bus, and wireless communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UAV industry standards and regulatory requirements.
