What you will do

  • Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end, managing scheduling, protecting focus time, and adapting to priority changes.
  • Coordinate all travel and event logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visa requirements.
  • Support the operating cadence by organizing agendas and collecting topics for weekly executive meetings.
  • Manage administrative workflows such as document signatures, expenses, and requests from legal or finance.
  • Handle personal and professional scheduling constraints to unblock small, lingering projects.
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership offsites and team gatherings across different global locations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to France.
  • Strong judgement, discretion, and experience handling sensitive, confidential information.
  • Proficiency with collaborative tools including Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Proactive mindset with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail.
