What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the 3,200 m² Paris office to ensure high facility standards.
  • Handle employee requests via the ticketing system to prioritize workplace satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for cleaning, maintenance, health & safety, and office provisions.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline workplace functions.
  • Provide logistical support for internal events and community engagement activities.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve operational excellence and the overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Workplace, Facilities, or Office Management (including internships).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in vendor relationship and contract management.
  • Fluent French and professional English communication skills.
  • Must be based in Paris, France.
