What you will do

• Manage the full lease cycle including contracts, renewals, and site expansions.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive space planning and optimization to support business growth and hybrid work models.
• Manage vendor relationships for facilities, lab services, and maintenance.
• Develop financial forecasts, manage operational expenses, and support capital planning.
• Coordinate EHS documentation and physical security compliance in line with corporate standards.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, real estate, or property management.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate or facilities management, ideally in tech or lab environments.
• Strong knowledge of building infrastructure, construction management, and safety systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to travel regionally and globally up to 30%.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
