What you will do

• Manage daily office operations, including vendor relations, maintenance, supplies, and general workplace services.
• Oversee access control, visitor registrations, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
• Design and execute the onboarding experience for new hires, including badges, tours, and culture introductions.
• Plan and lead team events, social activations, and local Culture Crew programs to drive engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People, IT, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams on global workplace projects.
• Gather and act on employee feedback to continuously improve the physical and cultural office environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in office management, hospitality, workplace experience, or events.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris Area.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Proactive, people-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and a hospitality approach.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or AI tools.
