What you will do

• Own the full design process from ambiguous problem definition to shipping final solutions.
• Partner directly with the co-founder to define product direction, priorities, and design philosophy.
• Utilize Mixpanel and product analytics to ship features, measure impact, and iterate rapidly.
• Drive consumer experience design focused on onboarding, social features, viral loops, and retention.

Requirements

• Senior-level product thinking with a track record of owning complex design problems end-to-end.
• Strong background in B2C consumer products with expertise in growth, retention, and onboarding.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate at high speed without a predefined roadmap.
• A/B testing mindset and experience working in growth-oriented, experimental environments.
• Must be based in Europe.
