Service Publications Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Coordinate the publication of vehicle service checksheets and wiring diagrams.
• Create vehicle rescue cards and calculate service labor times.
• Coordinate and review complaints related to checksheets, wiring diagrams, and rescue cards.
• Support repair-instruction feasibility studies and reconcile repair processes to improve workshop efficiency.
• Act as a link between the EU team and Upstream Customer Service, Product Development, Plant Vehicle Team, and Repair Product Planning.
• Plan workshop resources and release, monitor, and control supplier budgets for service-information development, literature, and translations.

Requirements

• Engineering background.
• Hands-on vehicle diagnostic and repair experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate technical information across engineering, product development, customer service, and supplier teams.
• Background-check completion is required as part of the recruitment process after a successful interview.
