Location: Petfurdo, Hungary; fully on-site with daily presence required

What you will do
- Develop risk-reduction initiatives and support safety improvements across the site.
- Coordinate EHS development programs and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Oversee occupational safety, fire protection, disaster management, and contractor compliance.
- Participate in incident investigations, corrective actions, audits, and official inspections.
- Maintain EHS procedures and instructions, and communicate with authorities and internal departments.
- Prepare, update, and deliver occupational safety and fire protection training while promoting the Zero Harm culture.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary-level EHS qualification, such as EHS Technician or EHS Officer.
- At least two years of relevant EHS experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of EHS principles and compliance requirements, with practical experience in inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Confident professional English skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work fully on-site; occasional weekend work may be required.
Nice to have
- Fire Safety Officer or Fire Protection Engineer qualification.
