What you will do

• Establish and maintain the ISMS in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, and GDPR.
• Act as the primary advisor to senior management on all information security matters.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies at corporate and system levels.
• Design and oversee security policies, processes, and incident response procedures.
• Coordinate ISO 27001 certification projects and audit preparation.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality Management, and Data Protection teams to ensure organizational compliance.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or a related field with extensive professional experience in information security or IT risk management.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, and GDPR.
• Proven experience in designing management systems and conducting security audits.
• Industry-specific expertise in aerospace or security-critical sectors is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
