Business Continuity Officer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for Business Continuity within the Business Unit.
• Coordinate the implementation of group BCM policies and standards.
• Conduct and coordinate Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical processes.
• Develop and maintain emergency and contingency plans for various scenarios.
• Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery tests are planned and executed.
• Report on BCM maturity and roadmap progress to the Board and leadership.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management in matrix organizations.
• Expert knowledge of ISO 22301 and understanding of ISO 27001/27019/27031.
• Strong understanding of IT/OT service continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license (Class B).
• Relevant BCM/Resilience certification (e.g., CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer).

• Operational experience across diverse business functions.
