Technical Team Lead (Data & BI)

Location: Onsite in Luxembourg

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 technical consultants.
• Provide technical leadership on Data Warehouse, ETL, and Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Coordinate project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and business objectives are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for business and technical stakeholders.
• Oversee administrative, operational, and contractual aspects related to the team's activities.
• Promote technical best practices and contribute to the optimization of data platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Integration, Business Intelligence, or Data Warehouse environments.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams in complex IT environments.
• Strong technical background in IBM DataStage, ETL processes, and Data Warehouse architectures.
• Fluency in French is mandatory, with a good command of English.
• Ability to combine technical leadership with business-oriented decision-making.
• Must be available for onsite work in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects or Sybase ASE/IQ.
• Experience working within European institutions or large international organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
