Jr. Principal In Finance Control (Fintech)

What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate controls over financial and regulatory reporthirify.global to strengthen effectiveness.
• Analyze testhirify.global results and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, risks, and root causes.
• Develop and maintain ICFR, SOX, and reporthirify.global control frameworks and documentation.
• Provide subject matter expertise on governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support global and local finance teams in implementhirify.global reporthirify.global controls.
• Identify control deficiencies and lead remediation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounthirify.global, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Financial Control, Internal Audit, or Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, COSO 2013, and ICFR frameworks.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate regulations into practical recommendations.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or ACCA.
