What you will do

• Own the ecommerce business strategy and full P&L, including revenue growth and margin optimization.
• Lead the redesign and evolution of the ecommerce storefront from strategy through execution.
• Partner with design, engineering, and AI teams to create personalized, high-converting shopping experiences.
• Develop data-driven personalization and recommendation strategies leveraging customer insights.
• Own conversion funnel optimization through rigorous experimentation, testing, and analysis.
• Manage product catalog strategy and identify new market opportunities based on emerging trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or consumer product businesses.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Must be based in Canada.
