What you will do

• Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants and ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Coordinate site personnel and subcontractors, overseeing installation and project schedules.
• Control subcontractor costs and monitor overall project progress.
• Verify compliance of delivered materials and coordinate with the logistics department.
• Act as the responsible person for site safety and report performance to management.
• Collaborate with technical departments to manage site quality control processes.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager for construction projects.
• Proven experience in coordinating contracts and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations.
• Fluent English proficiency.
