What you will do

• Define quality targets, requirements, and improvement areas for innovation and life cycle projects.
• Manage all quality aspects for innovation projects, including deliverables and final product release.
• Collaborate with the post-market surveillance team to monitor products throughout their life cycle.
• Contribute to global return rate (RR) reduction based on failure analysis and technical assessments.
• Drive quality-related problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with procurement, I&D, and SQ to reach established quality targets.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in development, process engineering, or quality areas.
• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering (ME, EE) or related fields (chemistry, material sciences, mathematics).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Knowledge in solution assessment and verification.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Casalecchio di Reno, Italy.
