Salary: USD 160,000–180,000 yearly, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee the ETF Capital Markets function as the U.S. ETF platform launches and grows.
• Manage primary and secondary market activity, including creation and redemption processes.
• Monitor ETF market quality, liquidity, trading volume, and premiums or discounts.
• Maintain relationships with authorized participants, market makers, trading platforms, exchanges, and other ecosystem partners.
• Provide ETF trading guidance, support client service, and collaborate with distribution on business opportunities.
• Develop internal ETF tools and processes while coordinating initiatives across functional groups.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of capital markets experience with a strong ETF background.
• Experience across equities, fixed income, and derivatives is preferred.
• Experience as a senior member of an ETF Capital Markets team.
• Established relationships with authorized participants, market makers, and exchanges.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for the ETF industry and the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
