What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers to raise the bar on product craft across the Marketplace group.
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for a core marketplace area, from vision to execution and delivery.
• Conduct data, market, and user research to guide product vision for ride-hailing and delivery dynamics.
• Manage the full feature lifecycle, emphasizing marketplace efficiency and user experience for both riders and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Analytics, and Operations to ensure successful market rollouts in competitive markets.
• Define and analyze marketplace KPIs, iterating on features based on quantitative and qualitative insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing other product managers.
• 5+ years of total product management experience, with at least 2 years in ride-tech, food-tech, or dynamic marketplaces.
• Proven track record in defining business cases for supply/demand, dynamic pricing, matching, and automation.
• Strong data-driven mindset for setting KPIs and optimizing marketplace funnels.
• Experience with A/B tests, gradual rollouts, and user segmentation.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew is a must.

Nice to have

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience building ML-powered, complex-logic solutions for marketplace optimization.
• Advanced wireframing skills and familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
