What you will do

• Create precise planning drawings, elevations, and layout plans using CAD software.
• Interpret architectural sketches and design briefs to develop construction-ready plans.
• Maximize space efficiency while adhering to client specifications and building codes.
• Ensure all drawings align with UK building regulations and planning guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and contractors to revise drawing packages.
• Maintain organized records of revisions and project tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural planning, CAD drafting, or design layout development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of UK planning processes, zoning codes, and building regulations.
• Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM UK Time.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
