Location: Hybrid (Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local banks, payment institutions, e-wallets, and FinTech clients in the Philippines.
- Promote enterprise solutions including business accounts, corporate payments, digital asset services, and institutional trading.
- Lead the entire sales cycle: from needs assessment and solution pitching to commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Compliance, and Legal teams to manage KYC/KYB and API integrations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide revenue forecasts and competitive market insights.
- Monitor the Philippine FinTech and virtual asset regulatory landscape for new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, financial institution relationship management, or FinTech business development.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine financial ecosystem, including banks and payment institutions.
- Strong capabilities in institutional client acquisition and solution selling.
- Knowledge of payments, clearing, settlement, APIs, digital assets, OTC, and stablecoins.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Filipino / Tagalog or Chinese.
- Prior experience working with local Philippine banks, crypto platforms, or remittance companies.
