What you will do

• Acquire and develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients.
• Expand existing customer relationships through sustained communication and deep understanding of their needs.
• Build key customer service processes, formulate management rules, and track the status of key clients.
• Analyze user behavior to identify hidden needs and provide optimal service solutions and product feedback.

Requirements

• Sales experience in customer acquisition or origination with a track record of meeting clear KPIs.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and experience hosting or attending events for customer acquisition.
• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, or commercial banks.
• English: Fluency required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
