What you will do
- Identify and prospect new companies through outbound channels including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct discovery meetings to qualify prospects based on the ideal customer profile and business needs.
- Present offshoring solutions and guide prospects through the buying process to close new business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast activities.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and Client Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or recruitment.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle (highly preferred).
- Experience in B2B sales, staffing, outsourcing, or SaaS/technology solutions.
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Resilience, a hunter mindset, and a goal-oriented approach to meeting revenue targets.
