What you will do

• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with Group and local standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement new legal obligations.
• Oversee AML/CTF processes, including the review and escalation of suspicious activity reports.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and fulfill regulatory reporting requirements.
• Deliver compliance training and provide guidance to employees on regulatory matters.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant compliance experience within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the Italian and EU regulatory landscape, including AML/CTF requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence and willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools.
