What you will do

• Prepare and validate financial datasets for institutional agreement reporting and partner settlements.
• Maintain structured contract terms tracking and support the migration to automated invoice platforms.
• Monitor invoice distribution and control processes while escalating exceptions.
• Support quarterly financial reporting and payment calculation workflows.
• Document financial workflows and reporting procedures to ensure institutional knowledge retention.
• Guide junior team members on data preparation and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial data preparation and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI analysis and performance measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Data.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Power BI, Advanced Excel, or Basic SQL.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or financial software.
• Experience supporting system testing activities and issue resolution.
