What you will do
- Architect and operate the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, Clay, and Claude.
- Build AI-native pipeline workflows for enrichment, lead routing, and automated outreach.
- Develop ICP scoring models and segmentation logic to improve outbound precision.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene through automated deduplication and lifecycle management.
- Build dashboards to connect GTM activity to revenue outcomes and board-level reporting.
- Collaborate with the CRO to shape commercial strategy and define future GTM team roles.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 4+ years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, or technical sales/marketing roles.
- Deep experience with GTM tools like Clay or demonstrated ability to master them rapidly.
- Fluent in CRM data models and comfortable connecting tools via API without engineering support.
- Proven ability to build complex enrichment, automation, or AI-powered workflows.
- Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of funnel economics and ICP design.
