Asia Intercompany Settlement Team Manager (Finance)

Location: Hwasung/Dongtan, South Korea

A global semiconductor equipment manufacturer operating across international markets.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end intercompany settlement operations across Asia, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Standardize processes, improve reconciliations, and drive continuous operational improvement across multiple entities.
• Provide KPI reporting, business insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders while identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with tax, foreign exchange, and regulatory requirements, and lead internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Logistics, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and assess business changes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a four-person team across Korea and China.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 12–17 years of experience in accounting, finance, or finance operations within a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in intercompany accounting, settlements, or shared service operations.
• Solid understanding of tax and foreign exchange compliance across Asia.
• At least two years of people leadership experience, including remote or cross-border team management.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology before starting the role is required.

Nice to have

• CPA qualification.
• SAP experience.
