What you will do

• Coordinate international shipping operations and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Prepare shipping plans based on LPR processes and buyer requests while managing appropriate shipping models.
• Maintain compliance with Incoterms 2020 and manage logistics risks.
• Handle PO receiving and CO shipping transactions in ERP systems.
• Manage relationships with forwarders and carriers to optimize service rates and transit efficiency.
• Support SOX audits and maintain accurate shipment documentation for traceability.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in foreign-funded enterprises.
• Familiarity with export transportation processes, international trade, and letter of credit procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and office software (Excel, Word).
• English proficiency in reading and writing, with oral communication skills preferred.
