What you will do

• Own technical and functional accountability for enterprise business applications.
• Translate complex insurance workflows into system logic and technical specifications.
• Lead incident, problem, and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Coordinate changes, enhancements, and releases with regional IT teams.
• Maintain system documentation including requirements, process flows, and data mappings.
• Ensure compliance with ITGC, audit requirements, and GRC processes.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise business applications and data platforms (DWH).
• Proven business analysis experience in complex systems.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to have

• Relevant insurance industry experience.
• Certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CSPO, or ITIL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
