What you will do
- Monitor and manage daily activity in public community channels, ensuring contributors receive appropriate care.
- Engage in discussions with community contributors and build/maintain relationships to keep channels healthy.
- Moderate user-generated content according to each communityβs moderation policy.
- Plan and execute programs to increase community engagement and participation.
- Translate customer feedback into meaningful data and insights for product and business improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address emerging issues, customer concerns, product defects, and enhancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Ontario, Canada
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (spelling, grammar, and English composition).
- Strong attention to detail, reading comprehension, and ability to produce precise written responses.
- Typing proficiency and comfort with technology (operating systems, internet browsers, and online interactions).
- Technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong problem-solving, investigative, and critical thinking skills; ability to multitask across multiple communication channels.
