What you will do

• Collaborate with APAC teams to shape and execute direct-to-player communication strategies.
• Identify and engage with local community hubs, including Discord servers and tournament organizers.
• Lead the execution of local events, meetups, and community-driven initiatives.
• Coordinate with local agencies to ensure high-quality execution across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Monitor and report on local player feedback, trends, and community sentiment.
• Manage influencer and streamer partnerships, tracking KPIs to ensure campaign visibility.

Requirements

• English: Upper-intermediate to fluent proficiency required.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia for onsite work.
• 3+ years of experience in managing online communities and influencer strategies.
• Deep understanding of the gaming landscape and cultural nuances in Australia and New Zealand.
• Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
