What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
• Understand hirify.global’s product offerings and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for account health.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion with current customers.
• Manage the sales cycle for expansion or renewal opportunities.
• Forecast monthly expansion and churn accurately.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in customer management or sales.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline building skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Able to collaborate with various departments.
