TL;DR

Developer Support Engineer (AI/LLM): Troubleshoot and resolve API/SDK issues for developers using hirify.global, with an accent on Python/TypeScript debugging, reproducing customer bugs, and improving developer experience through documentation and support tooling. Focus on shipping fixes, capturing feedback for Product and Engineering, and providing reliable coverage via on-call while communicating complex issues clearly and empathetically.

Location: Remote (Singapore)

Salary: SGD 140K–166K (mid) or SGD 166K–190K (senior) + equity

What you will do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve API and SDK use issues alongside customer codebases (Python or TypeScript).
  • Reproduce customer-reported bugs, identify likely causes in the hirify.global codebase, and collaborate with Engineering to fix them.
  • Own support communications with developers (primarily via Slack and email) and build trust through clear, technical, empathetic explanations.
  • Write and maintain knowledge base documentation and internal scripts to turn unknowns into repeatable solutions.
  • Improve developer experience via tools, documentation, and support workflow enhancements.
  • Capture customer feedback and relay it to Product and Engineering; participate in on-call rotations for critical issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting developer-facing products as a Support Engineer, Developer Success Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Ability to write, debug, and reason through Python and/or TypeScript codebases.
  • Comfort learning and reasoning about APIs, SDKs, and developer tools quickly.
  • Strong ownership of technical problems through to customer unblocking, with clear and empathetic communication.
  • Insatiable curiosity about LLM use cases and excitement to support tools that make AI measurable, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Preferred location in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting developer tools, ML infrastructure, or observability platforms.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs.
  • Comfort working with datasets, evaluation metrics, or prompt engineering.
  • Experience contributing to support tooling, documentation, or product-led growth initiatives.
  • Cloud certifications or equivalent experience troubleshooting containerized environments (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes).
