Developer Success Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in Ireland (Remote)

Compensation: €168,000 – €213,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Support developers and teams building with hirify.global across commercial and community channels.
• Triage, diagnose, and fix bugs while maintaining production-quality sample code.
• Update technical documentation and guides to improve developer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to provide technical strategy and customer support.
• Engage with the community to resolve technical issues and foster platform adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland.
• Practicing engineer with proven experience building, shipping, and debugging production software.
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases to resolve complex customer issues.
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to solve underlying problems rather than just tickets.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a Developer Success or Developer Relations role.
• Active contributions to open source projects.
• Prior experience building applications using hirify.global.
• Multilingual capabilities.
