What you will do

• Shape opportunities and support complex digital transformation programmes across tax, customs, borders, and trade.
• Develop transformation strategies and plans, including the case for change and expected user and business benefits.
• Advise on scope, delivery approach, objectives, timelines, resourcing, organisational change, and dependencies.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Contribute to advisory capabilities, go-to-market strategy, service offerings, methods, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Significant experience in consulting, business development, account leadership, or digital transformation within tax, customs, borders, trade, or related government sectors.
• Understanding of government delivery frameworks, including GDS standards and service transformation principles.
• Experience building executive-level client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Commercial experience identifying, shaping, and winning complex consulting, transformation, or technology opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business, operational, and technical audiences.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation in large public sector organisations.
