AI & Data Transformation Specialist

Location: Must be resident in the UK with existing right to work in the UK. Office, home or hybrid work is available, with travel to client sites across the UK, sometimes at short notice. Occasional travel to Poland and Lithuania is required, with working overlap across Central and Eastern European time zones.

What you will do

• Drive adoption of AI and Data initiatives across new and existing customers from initial engagement through ongoing use.
• Run ideation sessions with customer stakeholders to identify and shape use cases for AI Data platforms, Agentic Business Workflows and Intelligent Apps.
• Support sales pitches by presenting the AI and Data proposition, answering stakeholder questions and helping build the case for change.
• Capture client requirements and expectations and communicate them clearly to technical teams.
• Work with Sales during deals and remain engaged with Delivery after the sale to accelerate adoption.
• Create client-facing proposals, workshop outputs and adoption plans while developing long-term stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid technology background with demonstrable experience in AI and/or Data in a consulting, client-facing or business-facing role.
• Experience supporting clients, sales activities or senior stakeholders, including business analysis such as identifying problems, mapping processes and translating needs into requirements.
• Confidence facilitating meetings and ideation sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Working understanding of sales processes and the relationship between presales and postsales activities.
• Existing right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, consultant or in a presales-adjacent role.
• Professional experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT.
• A relevant technology, data or business degree or certification.
• Workshop facilitation or design-thinking experience.
