Salary: $126,400 – $189,600 USD

What you will do
- Develop and articulate compelling value propositions for the Nellcor pulse oximetry portfolio.
- Lead global launch plans and marketing campaigns to drive commercial success.
- Collaborate with medical affairs and KOLs to advance clinical evidence and market development strategies.
- Create sales tools, training resources, and collateral to enable field team performance.
- Manage the annual marketing plan in alignment with regional and business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather business insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
- Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship available for Principal level).
- Proven track record in product launches and market development within the medical device industry.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
Nice to have
- Clinical experience in hemodynamics (e.g., nursing or clinical professional).
- Global marketing experience.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
