What you will do

• Coordinate the rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across a geographically dispersed organization.
• Plan, organize, and communicate project tasks, timelines, and milestones.
• Synthesize detailed project information from multiple sources for executive-level reporting.
• Manage coordination with external vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Partner with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal facilities teams to support project delivery.
• Provide cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations for technology systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple input streams and engage effectively with engineers.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand terms.
• Must be available for onsite work in Akron, OH (M-F, 8:00-5:00pm).
