AI Researcher (NLP)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end research process including problem identification, data preparation, model development, and production deployment.
• Develop and maintain deep learning and NLP solutions to enhance sensitive data classification capabilities.
• Design and architect production-grade agentic workflows with rigorous evaluation pipelines for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Implement ML models for clustering, text extraction, document analysis, and tabular data classification.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate security challenges into shippable features.
• Work within a full-stack AI group to accelerate the path from research to production.

Requirements

• BSc in computer science, math, physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an AI Researcher, NLP Researcher, Applied Scientist, or Data Scientist.
• Proven experience with data pipelines and big-data analytics.
• Solid grounding in core machine and deep learning concepts, data challenges, and evaluation techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying LLMs including prompt engineering, SFT, PEFT/LoRA, RAG, and production deployment.
• Strong self-learning and initiative-taking capabilities.
